Mr. Steve is from a cold plunge pool company in the United States, and we’ve been working together for almost three years.

The products are very simple—just two types of stainless steel brackets: one with a brushed surface, and the other with a black anodized finish.

Sample Preparation

After receiving the drawings from the client, we provided a quotation. Even though the client hadn’t responded to the quote yet, we went ahead and made samples.

Why did we make samples before the client confirmed the price? First, the product the client needed was exactly what we specialize in. Second, we had full confidence in our pricing, because we only manufacture stainless steel brackets. Our raw materials, production equipment, and processes are all customized specifically for bracket production. This allows us to control production costs to the maximum extent and offer the most reasonable price.

More importantly, we deeply understand the critical role of samples in custom manufacturing. Instead of going back and forth on pricing, we chose to make the samples first. This gives the client a direct impression of our production quality and demonstrates our sincerity.

Since the surface treatment involved black anodizing, we completed the samples just three days after quoting and sent photos to the client for confirmation. The client was surprised and asked us to send them over. We didn’t charge for the sample or the shipping.

We also noticed that the white brackets, when left untreated after manufacturing, showed oil stains and bending marks. We decided to perform vibratory polishing on the white brackets. Vibratory polishing is suitable for batch processing, fast, and low-cost. We didn’t charge the client extra for this treatment. We sent a second set of white bracket samples after the polishing.

In addition to the vibratory polished white brackets, we also made white anodized brackets and sent those to the client for reference.

Soon after receiving our samples, the client placed the first order quickly—2,500 pieces each of the white polished and black anodized brackets.

Packaging

Mass production was completed quickly. The next important issue was packaging.

Because the brackets had undergone surface treatments, we packed them separately. We specially ordered foam bags, with one bracket per bag, and then packed all the bags into wooden crates to ensure safe transport without any issues.
